Joining Our Family
The majority of opportunities are in our branch operations. They include warehouse, local delivery, office, inside/counter sales, showroom sales and management positions. At our Central Distribution Center, we have opportunities for shipping, receiving, long-haul driving and supervisory positions. At the Corporate Office, we have opportunities for clerical, administrative and management in the support areas of Accounting, Credit, Human Resources/Training, Information Systems, Inventory, Marketing, Merchandising, and Purchasing.
Management Development Program – the majority of our management positions are filled from our own “home grown” talent. One source of this talent comes from ordinary family members who excel and work their way into management. The other source comes from our Management Development Program (MDP). MDP is designed to take above average people with a minimum of two years of college (a degree is preferred) and teach them our business from the ground up. This is a fast paced program that’s intended to prepare MDP candidates for a management position.
